Angela Lee Duckworth, a teacher of mathematics realized when
she was teaching to her students that IQ wasn’t important to
learn because the students understood to learn from
a motivational perspective and psychological.
She decided to leave the teaching and
she started to study a different neighborhood where she came to the conclusion, it
wasn’t good looks, physical health, and it wasn’t I.Q.
It was grit (grit is a
passion and perseverance
for very long-term goals, is having stamina, is sticking with your future, day
in, day out and working really hard.
